Lamprna's lysosomal targeting sequence (LTS) is a short oligonucleotide (<15 nucleotides) tag that can be seamlessly added to ASOs and siRNAs, enabling them to engage both the canonical RNase H / RISC pathway and a novel lysosome-mediated degradation pathway.

Lamprna is pursuing co-development and licensing partnerships with oligo developers to inform our in-house programs. At the same time, we are fully prepared to advance these programs independently if needed.

In vivo nonclinical work is underway to demonstrate proof of concept within humanized mouse models. Lead programs target high-impact, validated genetic targets: LAMP-01 focuses on SOD1 (ALS) and LAMP-02 focuses on Lipoprotein(a) (Atherosclerotic CVD).
